The unofficial tools are widely used but not officially supported by M-Files. They have been developed with love by M-Files employees outside the Product Development team and have not gone through the normal QA process. M-Files Support won't be able to help with any issues; the App Dev team will help partners on a best-effort basis via the Partner Forum. Keep these points in mind when considering installing to production environments. There are currently no plans that these would become officially supported add-ons. This software is not an official product of M-Files available for general use and is provided to You (the "User") on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied, pertaining to the functionality, availability, integrity and/or usability of this software. M-Files reserves the right to modify, adapt, amend the software or limit either partly or wholly the availability of this software at any time. M-Files shall not be under any obligation to provide updates nor perform support functions related to this software and the use thereof.

Incorrect usage of this software may cause unwanted changes to the target M-Files vault(s), to the files and/or to the system. M-Files shall have no liability for any changes, unwanted or otherwise. In no event shall M-Files be liable for any direct or indirect, special, consequential and/or any other damage arising from the usage of this software, including but not limited to physical damage, loss of data, loss of data integrity, loss of programs, loss of system functionality, loss of profit, or business interruption. This software or some parts thereof may send anonymous usage data to M-Files.

In no event is the User permitted to provide access to this software to any third party without prior written permission from M-Files. This software and any relevant documentation, if applicable, is intellectual property of M-Files and is subject to applicable intellectual property protection, including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade secret, patent, trademark and/or other such intellectual property protection rights.
